Flow Stacks
« on: April 11, 2009, 10:12:39 PM »

Not sure if many of you guys have heard about the flow stacks or the idea behind it.  These basically help improve the airflow.  Usually you will see about 5whp gains NA and Turbo.

Today I dynoed my car without a flow stack and with the universal BPi Flow Stack and Sentra specific JWT one.  I must say I'm overly impressed with the BPi one.  Note that BPi Flow stack made 230whp with a filter on.

Interesting. Looks like it's designed to minimise turbulent air entering the intake.

Yes sir, that's exactly what it does, while at it it allows more air, thus more fuel, thus more power.

I noticed smoother power band and turbo hit full boost a bit quicker/lower rpm.  For under $100 for 5whp (average amount that people gain), I think its way worth it
